Rockland Fire and EMS contracted with T. G. Higgins Business Services, P. A. late last year after deciding it was time to move away from our billing agent of many years.

We conducted a statewide poll of municipalities and found that two services were consistently given high marks by their clients. Accordingly, we decided to conduct interviews with those two services.
